Time flies, time changes; the footsteps of the 18th lunar year in the province's culinary and catering industry peers fruitful busy shadow, gradually moving away. The year of Hai, full of hope, will meet us unexpectedly in the snowstorm.
新年伊始，喜事连连；2018年各项工作按原定计划圆满完成，协会也已乔迁新址，江苏省烹饪协会和江苏邮政合作开发的“2018年江鲜美食地图明信片、2019年江苏猪肉名菜《年味》邮票册”都已正式发行，一月上旬又将迎来江苏省烹饪协会六届三次常务理事会暨2018年度工作会议的胜利召开，同期还将隆重举行第八届烹饪技能竞赛（江苏赛区）的重大赛事！
At the beginning of the new year, many happy events have taken place; in 2018, all the work has been successfully completed according to the original plan, and the association has moved to a new place. The postcard of Jiangsu delicious food map 2018 and the stamp book of Jiangsu pork famous dish*New Year's Flavor 2019, developed by Jiangsu Cuisine Association and Jiangsu Post, have been officially issued. In early January, the sixth three standing councils and 2018 of Jiangsu Cuisine Association will be welcomed. At the same time, the 8th National Culinary Skills Competition （Jiangsu Competition Area） will be held solemnly.
金狗已赢十段锦、玉猪更上一层楼；今年我们将进一步加大协会工作的改革步伐和创新力度，激发活力，以会员利益高于一切的协会工作原则，创新办会理念、增强服务意识，围绕质量提升三年行动计划，实施高质量发展的人才战略和品牌计划，为新成立70周年华诞献礼，奋力谱写烹饪餐饮业高质量发展新篇章。
This year we will further intensify the reform and innovation in the work of the association, stimulate vitality, innovate the concept of the association, enhance the sense of service, improve the three year action plan around the overall quality, and implement the high-quality development strategy and brand plan for the founding of new China, with the above ten principles of the association work.
